Bobbiez, I agree we all had some great new year's eves with tony and rich and elane. I can remember one New years' eve when I had a 5 piece band, the monarch was jumpin' and the band was pumpin'. We had fairly good applause. Then I begged Tony Shaheen to sit in on a few numbers, and the bastard got a Standing Ovation. LOL . How I miss our best friend. Im so glad he had someone like you to straighten him out. I couldnt do it alone. Peace to you and RJ.

That was our Tony. I miss him so much too but he left us gold in all the wonderful and very funny memories he made with us. Every first snow fall I get hysterical remembering how he use to drive to my house immediately and we'd make our annual snow angels and him usually in his tux. Never to be forgotten. ps: He only let us think we were "straightening him out." ;D

Jay, I am waiting until you win the Memphis gig to hook you up with Elaine. If you want the info sooner , I will get it to you. And I know your jealous because there is no REAL Italian food in Florida. There is only fake ass cheese coming from miniature cows. Yes I'm stoked for this year's reunion. But what ever happened to your original keyboard player, is he dead or in a nursing home?? I know it is an honor for Moose and me to play with you older guys. LOL. Don't worry I still have the connections here in utica. Let me know when you want the hookup. Peace Brother.

Jay, I just posted a few pictures of the reunion on my facebook page. Just don't ask me how I did it cause I don't know. I was experimenting and they finally went through but can't remember what I did to accomplish it. Still have a few more and maybe I'll get lucky again trying to post them. ps: There is a good one of Dave and Jon I posted also.

I've been really busy with this Memphis thing now it's over and I'm home happy Valentine to you all and Tony put down the candy. Are old organ player was Sunshine and we do not know were the hell he is now days.Sammy talked to him some time ago he might know ask him.We really need to get Willie out here bottom line.Tony Cee does not want Club Monarch because of the cops busting the people out side the club for drinking.I do not want that either,I asked about Turning Stone Casio, clean, drinks, food and gambling if they want to plus A/C...all that is a plus with me.We will see, we got some time yet.If you got another though let me know. I bought a new drum set check it out on line GRETSCH 57 renown motor city blue they only made 300 sets, looks just like a 57 chevy belair same color and little chrome.Five sets now it's getting out of hand I need help.......LOL Jay

Jay, I understand about the cops surrounding the monarch at closing time. When my partner and I were the house band there, we were stopped 3 Saturdays in a row by the same dumb ass partime cop. The turning Stone could be nice, a little far out of the way, but nice. You may want to consider other venues like the Sons of Italy in Utica or the Beeches in Rome. I remember Richard "Sunshine" Shimer. He was a fun loving good dude who had rehearsed with us for a few weeks when I was fronting the group. Keep on busting my balls about candy and I'm coming to Florida and taking all of yours. LOL TonyJ
