The prison system has way's of dealing with convicts that don't want to comply with the rules and be productive. Rather he gets life or not, how he does his time will be up to him. He will be locked up in a special unit known as the box or hole etc with 1-hour recreation. Remember May15, 1981 Correction Officer Donna Payant was working the 1-9pm shift at Green haven. She was lured to another area of the Prison with a phone call. That's when Convict Lemuel Smith who was serving 3-consecutive life sentences brutally raped, tortured, dismembered and ultimately killed her. He then put her in a garbage bag and through her in a Prison dumpster. He is now serving his sentence in Isolation (box or hole) the longest ever. This is a true animal that needs to be in a cage. This post is to merely demonstrate that the Prisons do have ways of correcting ones behavior. Her husband is still employed with the department and is a super great guy. Here is one link of many that is on line. panachereport.com/channels/hip%20hop%20gallery/SplitPersonalitySerial.htm

He will be locked up in a special unit known as the box or hole etc with 1-hour recreation. Sure he could end up in the box if he's breaking rules. But it all depends on which facility he ends up at. There's a few where the inmates pretty much run the place, and the guards just watch to make sure nobody gets killed. Yeah swimmy I see that clown GMO and the bullshit he's posted. I called him out on several TOS violations and I see the chickenshit went back and editted all his posts. I'm sure the one with "stfu" would have gotten him banned once the mods caught it.

yeah, i didn't get that one. "stfu"
It's funny because I received an e-mail this morning that warned me about leaving "Incindiery statements" on the forums and that if I kept it up, my posts would be deleted.
But apparently, it's ok for gmo to tell me to pull my head out of my ass, accuse of a judge of violating state and federal law, tell my to go "f-" myself, insist that the jury was "rigged," and accuse me of having something to gain by keeping the guilty verdict.

bottom line molino is guilty, rivera could die does anyone really give a crap if he does? good bye good riddance! That was part of my point a few posts ago when I referenced to the DA saying he was indebted to Rivera for his cooperation. The guy is a dope dealer and now a "hero" to the DA for giving them their case, but when he's gunned down they won't give two shits about it. Kinda ironic, isn't it?

I agree, the DA should have been more selective in his choice of words.

people tend to reap what they sow, if you remember the puerto rican community was not forth coming during the early stages of the investigtion, i found the same stonewalling from them whilst looking for absconders from their ranks, and my friends still onthe job tell me nothings changed

Isn't because the criminals and gang members have trained the rest of them to fear the repercussions for talking and cooperating with the police?

I agree, the DA should have been more selective in his choice of words. Maybe "we were pleased with Rivera's cooperation", or something along those lines. Indebtedness just sounds like there is some level of obligation to reciprocate later on. Tit for tat, if you will.

no i think its a hispanic thing to hide and protect their own, in the black community mama would answer the door tell me her son wasnt home and be pointing her finger to the part of the house he was hiding in after giving me the ok to search, be surprised how many people would hide behind a shower curtain,or under a pile of dirty laundry.

Some people just aren't willing to stick their neck out like that and hide fugitives. If one of my kids were in trouble I'm not protecting them beyond what a parent's responsibility is. That doesn't mean hide them or whatever. Only if I knew there was no chance they could be guilty would I even consider going to extremes to protect them, and even then it would probably involve getting a good lawyer.
