I am hungry and would really love a pizza from Tony's in Clinton, West Utica or Washington Mills, as well as 20 hot wings and some Saranac. Could someone be so kind as to bring me some?

Haha! Hey, if you brought me that (not the empties!) I could at least buy you a Red Oak (the local beer down here). ;-)

I understand the obsession desire to get a good pizza here in the south Kim. I guess we are destined to be "Pizza deprived" unless we go home on vacation, haha. In the mean time we have a choice, it can be Dominos and Pizza hut, or it can be the "It's not delivery, it's DiGiorno's" for you and I. Snffle Snffle, sob sob.
I bet Utican's would be shocked by the sacrelige perpetrated on chicken wings down here also. Here in Bristol they are breaded and fried and then simply drenched in Texas Pete hot sauce. They actually have the nerve to call them "Buffalo wings". Haha
I have a son that works at the brewery. Maybe I can have him suck down a saranac for you, although he is a dedicated UC drinker. He might make an exception for a lady. Especially a deprived former Utican. (I said deprived, not depraved, haha).

You know what? I've actually found a chain pizza place down here that isn't that bad! It's out of MN or MI...I don't remember which, and it's called Hungry Howie's. Much better than Dominos or Papa John's are any of those excuses for pizza places down here! I've also learned how to make my own pizza, from scratch, and I'm pretty good at it! :-) I'd still love the have a Tony's pizza, though. I can't wait until July!
I drink Utica Club as well. It's a good beer, and I don't care what the beer snobs think! Of course, I also enjoy Bud Light. Here's me when I'm camping: I'm sitting around the campfire, drinking Bud Light while eating Slim Jims. Can you just picture that? LOL!
The only place (besides my kitchen...I've gotten pretty good at making wings, too!) I've found good wings down here is at a place called Buffalo's, and I think the owners are from Buffalo!
Deprived, derpraved...one or the other. ;-)

I think Hungry Howies is a MI chain. I remember them being all over the place in Lansing.

Kim, I'll bring down a pizza, only if there's warm weather and Coor's light.
Los, we can all meet you for lunch! Let us know! Who's buying?

Sadly, it's FREEZING here right now! I'm dreaming of the Keys! And I only have Bud Light in the fridge, not Coors. Oh well.

Freezing here too kim. Ya know, I started losing weight the first of the year. I am on a diet, and have lost 18 pounds so far.
If ya continue to talk about pizza and beer, I may have to learn how to delete and censor, and then I will outlaw any talk about transfats, carbohydrates and alcoholic pleasures. haha. That would only allow talk about salads, broiled chicken and fish, and copious amounts of steamed veggies and homemade soups. Lean meat discussions would be allowed on a limited basis, as long as it is accompanied by skim milk, and not that fattening beer, haha.

Clipper, you can lose weight eating pizza and drinking beer. I've gone from about 220 to 204 since Jan 2nd and I've had pizza and beer every week. Moderation is the key. Gotta limit yourself to a slice or two and don't have that bowl of ice cream on the same night you ate your pizza.
I'm hoping to be down to 180-185 by the end of April.....then i can eat and drink 40 lbs of pizza and beer and not feel guilty.

I have the same weight goal. Whether I accomplish it by April is another issue altogether. Since April of 2007 I've lost 60 pounds and currently weigh in around 210. I'll be happy to get back to my college weight of 180.
