Does NYS even have a Life Sentence WITHOUT Parole? Yes they do? But very rare because I think it is allot harder for the DA to get. Where's Swimmy when you need him? It should be life and I would love to see life or the same as Officer Corr's killer Toussaint Davis, who was convicted and sentenced to 300 years in prison. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Thanks, Todd. Whatever sentence he gets needs to make sure he is never released on Parole. This guy is nothing more than a worthless piece of shit and should never, never be released back into society by some do-gooder sitting on a Parole Board.

www.wktv.com/blogs/featured/16420966.htmlProsecution and Defense both gave their closing arguments and the case is now with the Jury. Hopefully, we will have a Verdict soon. For the Defense's closing arguments, go to the Home Page of WKTV. Link is for the Prosecution arguments only.

Hi guys! Amen I should check the board here more often I don't check in enuff sorry. Ya I listened to all this and I agree it sounds alittle more believeable that this guy is involved but I think there was more to waht everyone was told. I think BOTh these guys should get run upstate now! I dont know if "FLACO" pulled the trigger I guess noone will ever kow100% thats the really scary part theyre all definitely in the same gang or something this is just a big falling out thats why I said gleu their heads together till someone talks. I hope they contibue looking into this.
As for really going and beating someone I dont agree it should be overlooked guys . True it seems so deserved in this situation but it looks more like shitbag #1 got his civil rights violated and wasn't the shooter. THE PROBLEM as someone on another forum noted is that now after using this method has become "regular" noone wants to talk and tell the cops anything anymore. "Stop Snitching" is the word of the street these days OMG!!!
Last year I had a coworker witnessed something that went to court here and he wouldnt say to the cops what he saw. I asked him why he wouldnt come forward and he said he didn't hate ALL cops but had burned by the Utica Police b4.++I know he's telling the truth bacause hes told me this like 100 tiomes!++ Once his parked car got hit in Utica and the cop wouldn't ticket the driver that hit him so when he questioned the cop the cop wrote him two tickets in retaliation. Another time the Utica police detectives bumrushed his house mistakenly thinking he was harboring some suppsed gang of local burglars and crackheads and illgally remained in his house harassing him for some time. That "causes" this atmosphere he reasons so he says "let em do it all on their own they deserve it". Its frustrating because it seems EVERYONE sees it like this now.
I dont want you to think I think its RIGHT but I see people like this more and more and you can't just blame MTV and Movies etc!
I hope this ends this nightmare once and for all and they send a message to the amazing slime we have here! Icannot believe this amount of sleaze came from just one trial!

Police officers have no authority to punish criminals. Or anybody for that matter.

Boomer - I've lived in Utica all my life and now retired and home most of the day. During all these years, UPD has never entered my place of residence looking for gang members, drugs, etc. Any time I've ever had to speak or call the UPD to send an Officer to my home, I was treated with respect, and if the Officer couldn't help me with my "problem", he/she took the time to explain why.
I wouldn't hesitate to help the Police if I was a witness to a crime. So I guess "snitching" all depends on the culture a person was brought up in and still lives in today. I always told my children that if they were ever in trouble, to seek out the help of a Police Officer as that was their job. As a result, they grew up to be adults that respected the law - not ones trying to break the law.

Are we going to end up with a Hung Jury? The Jury came out this afternoon around 2;30PM and told the Judge that they could NOT reach an unamimous (sp?) Verdict. Some voted Guilty, but others feel they can't vote Guilty as they have too much reasonable doubt.
The Judge told them to go back and try to reach a verdict - which they are trying to do now.
This doesn't look good at all. What a roller coaster ride for the family and loved ones, as well as fellow Police Officers, of Officer Lindsay.

I new a guy that went for jury duty. As the Attorney's interviewed him. They asked him do you think he is guilty"? He stated "yes I do". Puzzled, they asked him "well how do you know you haven't heard the case yet"? He stated "well if he didn't do this one he did the one before that he didn't get caught for". ;D He was excused. As far as the alleged beating. Not only does UPD has very small doorways and hallways that meander all over the place with possibly a wet floor and his baggy pants half way down around his ass. It would be easy to understand how one slipped and couldn't regain his balance. Why does the media entertain Molina's nick name "flaco" which means skinny in Spanish. Well Molina when you come to Prison (wont be long) we will have a movie for you titled "you will never make love to a women again". As they say if it looks and smells like a shit bag it must be a shit bag. May he rot for the rest of his life in a hell hole. A corollary to that, "I read the paper's rendition of the case. Guilty as charged. Next case, please?"

I was on a jury pool in Judge Buckley's county court. Various people tried all sorts of excuses to get off jury duty, including the obvious trick above. He didn't fall for any of them, and lectured us about the obligation that "trial by a jury of peers" placed upon all of us.
