IMO- Who Cares? All these parties that have tesitified so far are what I consider "low lives" and deserve everything bad that can happen to them in the lifestyle THEY chose for thenselves.
The only decent people that have testified so far are those connected to law enforcement doing everything possible to find Tom's killer.

Hi guys, Hi THELMA!
I agree it would be nice if we could get BOTH of these guys and crazy glue them together at the forehead and put them in a tiled room with a drain on the floor, just to see who'd crack first!
I want SOOOOOOO BAAAAD to see someone as a lesson to the next dirtbags that try something like killing a policeman its not even funny. THE WORSTE thing is that I'm STILL havving a hard time believing ANYthing thats been said.
All the snitches and lies call me a bit crazy but I'm beginning to suspect the Sammy Rivera guy more than the guy on trial!!! Thats the sickening part. Maybe I am seeing everything wrong but I at least KNOW in my heart that someone here isn't telling everything they know, and cops I have spoken to agree *off+the++record*, and it troubles them.
I think we can all at least agree that someone here (and probubly BOTH) are full of you+know+what. And the truth may never be known. I HATE mysteries so let me pull the lever on both of them!

www.wktv.com/blogs/featured/16420966.htmlHere is the latest of what went on in Court today. I agree with Boomer - all these low lives live in their own criminal world that is so different from ours. It is hard to even imagine living like they do and when I read about the things they say and do, I am always amazed how anyone can live like they do. Boomer - I think the difficulty lies with the fact that you (or I) can relate to what these witnesses are saying. I wouldn't believe any of them and each one of them only care about saving their own backsides and would not hesitate to point the finger of blame on one of their fellow criminals in crime. From what I've heard from people connected with the inside dealings of this case, the UPD has the right man. Let's hope the Jury can unravel this testimony which to me is a bundle of lies with just enough truth sprinkled in to convict the defendant.

The Prosecution and Defense have rested in the Murder Trial of Officer Lindsay. Closing arguments will begin tomorrow and the case will then go to the Jury. Hopefully, we might have a Verdict as early as tomorrow afternoon.
IMO - The Jury will come back with a Guilty Verdict.

Boomer - I know you stated you wondered if Rivera might be the one that shot Officer Lindsay. Just wanted you to know that it was brought out in today's testimoney that he had taken a Lie Detector Test to prove he did NOT.

Did we ever learn which cops beat Rivera?

The two Rivera claimed "beat" him denied it under oath the other day during Court proceedings.
IF IF IF it really happened, who can blame them? I certainly wouldn't. Are we forgetting a fellow officer and friend was assinated by a coward by being shot in the side of the head by a 44 Magum pistol.

After watching the trial just everyday, but one, I believe they have the right guy. Video interview shown in court with the defendant showed the defendant actually re-creating how Tom was ambushed as he told investigators what he saw as a witness. Each time the investigator questioned him he put him self closer and closer to the scene to where he admitted hearing what Tom was telling Rivera. He kept getting tripped up on his own lies during interviews as he appeared to not remember what he had said in previous interviews. Before he was telling police he only heard one shot, and then in the recreation he said "......and then I heard bam bam bam...." Now he has admnmitted to three shots when he kept saying only one. As far as a "beating".........I would say they have very small doorways at UPD if anything. I know the two officers "allegedly accused" one is UPD and the other NYSP. Neither one was there when it allegedly happened, he obviously just picked two names he was familiar with to add credibility to his story. I am confident that a guilty verdict will be forthcoming.

Yep, I think you're right on with a guilty verdict. Boomer, I have a hard time envisioning Tom or any Officer letting someone come out of a vehicle and walk behind them while standing next to a car for any reason. It just violates everything you're ever taught. UPD has very small doorways and hallways that meander all over the place. They keep it very clean down there and the janitor is always mopping up after the drunks. Must have slipped and hit a doorway, no question about it.

I new a guy that went for jury duty. As the Attorney's interviewed him. They asked him do you think he is guilty"? He stated "yes I do". Puzzled, they asked him "well how do you know you haven't heard the case yet"? He stated "well if he didn't do this one he did the one before that he didn't get caught for". ;D He was excused. As far as the alleged beating. Not only does UPD has very small doorways and hallways that meander all over the place with possibly a wet floor and his baggy pants half way down around his ass. It would be easy to understand how one slipped and couldn't regain his balance. Why does the media entertain Molina's nick name "flaco" which means skinny in Spanish. Well Molina when you come to Prison (wont be long) we will have a movie for you titled "you will never make love to a women again". As they say if it looks and smells like a shit bag it must be a shit bag. May he rot for the rest of his life in a hell hole.

Thanks Todd, Ralph & Wcup - you guys have all strengthen my belief in Lady Justice and the killer of Officer Lindsay will be found Guilty. Does NYS even have a Life Sentence WITHOUT Parole? This is what he deserves since we don't have the Death Penalty.
Lying usually gets found out in the end. As a lawyer once told me - Always tell the truth as no one will ever be able to trip you up and you will always remember the facts.
Tell a lie - your memory better be damned good as you have to keep telling lies to cover up the previous lie and eventually you forget what lies you've told!!!!!
I wouldn't want to undergo "interrogation" by a Police Officer! This is their job; what they are trained to do and they know how to tell whether or not someone is lying. These criminal scum bags are lucky if they can remember their Mom's names let alone remember what lies they just told.
Hopefully, by this coming Friday, "Flaco" will be in a Prison Van on his way to his next home where he will be caged up like an animal for the rest of his life.
