But isn't it a sequel of last year's show only that time it was the council questioning his budget?

Apparently he told Keeler that he had to buy new boardroom furniture recently furniture because a a few folks had fallen off or broken the chairs. C'mon Dave really? Want me to send up my kid to spin some stuff for ya? He's 5.

With as few friends as he seems to have in City Hall, the mayor doesn't need much of a conference room. Most of his employees are relatives anyhow, so they could meet over a plate of pasta at Dave's house after "work". He probably bought dining room chairs rather than office chairs, because he plans on using it as a dining area attached to his "kitchenette" that the taxpayers built for him when he first took office.
Maybe he and Cerminaro can come to an agreement and work together if they work hand in hand to cook up a batch of Riggies for the troops, and chat about the budget while the pasta water is coming up to a boil. It would bring creedence to the idea that the mayor had to have a kitchenette in his office suite.

I'm beginning to think this constant arguing between Cerminaro and Roafaro is a lot of crap and a big smoke screen for the real issues. I have seen these two on numerous occasions now and in the past go at each others throats but nothing gets solved or accomplished. Makes big headlines and that's about it.

Well I'm still pissed & don't think we should have to pay for Utica & OC's shortfalls. Stupid zipcode...

Are ya drinking their water and using their sewer treatment plant Stoney, or are ya in the country with a well and septic system?

We PAY our water & sewer bill, but it's not to the city of Utica nor to Oneida County, it's to the Mohawk Valley Water Authority. OC & Utica taxes have nothing to do with water & sewer.
I want my tax dollars to go to Herkimer County, where I live, damn it.

I was simply looking for some logical reason other than mail delivery for having you listed as a Utica Address. I went through the same drill when I lived in Deerfield and was just as dissatisfied as you are, but never got any answers to why it was done that way. Marcy had it's own post office and zip, so why not deerfield. I WAS in the same county, but not in the city.
Hell with all the money it is going to cost to fix the sewer system in OC, you might want to move a little farther east and get into the town of Frankfort Zip, LOL.

I've spoken with my county legislator (Bono) about this, & he says the Postal Service just will not budge about giving Schuyler their own zipcode. Half of us have 13502, & the other half have 13340 (Frankfort). He told me to "buy local". Yeah, right.

I would think that being outside of Oneida County that they would have your mail delivered on a rural route from Frankfort post office, but I guess a federal service would not necessarily have concern about county lines when delivering mail.

Buy Local?? That kind of restricts your shopping habits considering the fact that there is only one little store on the corners in Schuyler, haha. You DO have a diner, a kinky motel or two, an ice cream stand and a couple of produce markets. I guess you could survive locally if you had to, hahaha.

Really. I'm sure what he meant was "buy in Herkimer County", but that's just as limited. Many things now-a-days you can only find on the internet anyway. I absolutely hate shopping to begin with (I don't fit the female stereotype), so internet shopping is more up my alley. I think I told you I spent 5 days on-line negotiating over our truck with 3 different dealerships. Got a great deal that way, because I'm a pushover when dealing face-to-face (I'm too trusting : .

Me to Stoney, I hate shopping. Other then groceries I do most of my shopping over the internet. Better bargains, more to choose from and I don't have to leave my house or fight the crowds. Doing all my shopping for Christmas I never once entered the malls which is like a zoo parade during the holidays. I just don't want to deal with it.
