Golden, please don't be afraid to express your opinion. You have a right to yours no matter what it is or who you disagree with.

In this subject I found that depending if one is affect in some way then there are many different opinions and that is only natural.

I only speak for the adopted child who longs to know their family history. I am working to have the records opened here in NYS. There is no way all involved can be protected when it affects so many others. No one on this side wants to hurt anyone but everyone should be able to have the same rights and I speak of birth rights.

As I stated before, the more it is talked about the more our legislators will have to listen. Right now they are ignoring what other States are doing and finding a way to give all their legal rights.

Please don't hesitate to give your opinion on this subject or any other. Your opinion will be noted, respected and listened to.

Golden, while your opinion would be respected and might bring balance to the issue being discussed, I understand the need to keep it to yourself, and respect that right to do so.

As you said, some things are better dealt with on a one to one basis, and in a private manner, if at all. I respect ALL your posts and opinions, and respect your privacy and your view that some things should be left alone. That IS your opinion, and that is good enough for me. As per my PM to you earlier Jon. It truly is a momentous and emotional event for all of us here at the corner. I never thought that a bunch of musicians, posting all their memories, would serve up such a miraculous and life changing bit of assistance. God truly works in mysterious ways.
