What is Karma and what do you have to do to get it noted under your name? Oh well, as long as "Los" is among us, if I ever did get one he would make sure it was taken away - LOL.

no one needs to watch what they say. the whole purpose is debate, but just be informed. the differences in religious expression has been a source of debate and conflict in the past, present and most likely in the future. Just look at the rift within the Muslim faith and it Sunni, Shiite and Kurds expressions of that faith. Examin what the Pharesses did when Jesus was about his teachings. Take a look at the Jews and the expression of there faith both in the past and in the present time of political /religious conflict.
Even St. Peter and St. Paul could not agree on the need for circumcision as a requirement for entering into covenant with God. Jews vs. Gentiles was a great argument within the early church. And within that argument the Christian Church was born.

Karma, at least in the context of these forums, is completely without value, other than the fun we have in exalting and smiting one another.

I haven't seen anyone trying to nuke the other off the planet. No one has tried any terrorist bombings of another poster on here. But perhaps I'm just oblivious to it.

Smiting thine enemy is the modern-day counterpart to nuking them off the planet.

Interesting perspective. I thought the modern equivalent to nuking someone off the planet would be car bombings and other terrorist tactics.
Love the post, Ralph.

Speaking of license, I know a good patent attorney-to-be.
