THE DATE FOR THE REUNION WILL BE AUG.THE 20 ON A SAT.Moose has a gig in Old Forge the 13 so we will be up there early to do that gig also. see you at the reunion.

we also got Tommy Acey and his group The Four Synns playing for this reunion.and a few other guest that I will keep to myself untill the reunion Aug 20 th. Jay

well I hope Dave it's as good as it sounds,anyway it's all for the kids not us in some ways yes because we were together as a group for a good time and had are family all together with us.I think you and me shall hit the rib place again this year or go for something else?  love you as a brother see you soon I'll be in Utica around the first of the month in Aug.I might get a bug in my butt and come out to see you in Albany at a gig I'll bring my sax, LOL Hound |

Hey Hound...Yeah, definitely do some ribs and good BBQ. Was pretty good last time we went. We'll have a great time again. It's always good to get with friends and have a good time. We all remember the beach, and we're doing something for a good cause. Hey, if you get some time....Albany's waitin' for ya. The only event around that time is a job we're playing on a Thursday night in Saratoga, Aug 4th at 6:00PM at a place called the Horseshoe Inn. Right outside the track gate. Hey...Old New Hartford Boy....The reunion jam is a get together of Utica band members dating back to whenever, to raise funds for St. Jude's Hospital, and, as an additional plus, the musicians get to see band members they haven't seen in many years, and enjoying playing together again. There will be different bands from the 60s-70s whenever, providing the music. It is being held at Pfohl's (sp?) Beach House at Sylvan Beach, on August 20th, probably around 6PM, and it is open to the public.....Not sure of the band lineup as of yet, but I think The New York Express(Willie & the New Yorkers), The Four Synns, maybe the Merseyside 5, Andy from Andy and the Classics.....not sure of the current lineup. It's fun, you get to relive some of the old times we had when we were younger, stompin around the beach, and most of all, it's for a good cause...Everyone is invited....we're all in our 50s-60s and possibly 70s, and just there for a good time and a few brews if that suits your fancy......if you need more detailed info, try giving jplatt a shout on this thread...Thanx.

I want everyone there with bell on there toes and rings on there fingers.It goes to show you time is short and I'm sorry about the lost of Danny Brisson great player and singer.I found out he told someone that he was going to show up this year will miss him for sure and he will be honor at the reunion jam as will all other we lost over the years.This years funds will go to (Pediatrics Brain Tumor Foundation) P.B.T.F. we had Josh a young drummer play last year who had brain cancer and lived thru it with the help from PBTF. hope to see you all out there....Jay NYE
