Thanks Jay. Is Tom Acey any relation (or same) to the person who use to drive a bus and pick up bean pickers in Utica in the summer. I was about 12 at the time and would come along occassionally . (and cause we had a crush on Nick LoGalbo) Those were fun times. Didn't need a tanning booth and probably made about 25.00 the whole summer. ;D

Chris I do not know but I will ask him next time we talk and find out for you. just think $25.00 was alot of money back then now you can't do a thing with that amount.You might be able to get into a movie with a small soda and small popcorn...lol but do not ask for a 3D movie then you have to pull out your credit card....J. Ain't that the truth. I haven't been to a show in awhile and recently went to see a matinee which was usually about $5.00. It is now $8.00......ouch. Rude awakening. If it wasn't cause I wanted to see "The Help" at the show and not wait till it hit the DVD's I would have told them to stick it....no way are todays movies worth the price of admission. I don't know how families taking kids to the show can afford it today. Bad movies, bad TV.........time to go back to reading..

Hey Hound......Hope you got back with no hitches, and the bike got repaired. Just wanted to let you know what a great job you did, again, this year, putting the show together. I found out about a couple of negative things that happened, that sort of thing happens, but you can be proud of your efforts and the time and costs you devoted to the charity. I had a great time again, and I'm looking forward to bigger and better things next year......your friends will be back.

JJPLATT, I second what DLaurey said::: you did a fantastic job of putting it all together. And you raised a ton of money for the kids. My only negative complaint would be that the NYE didn't get to play a full set of music. Many of the folks at the reunion wanted more of the NYE. I was asked by a few people "Where and When" we were playing again. LOL As"Rocky" would say.." hey , you dun good".

well if things work out ok for next year we will do two sets .One at the start and one to finish that will cover all the bases I hope. thank you both and all for being a part of this charity drive without all you guys I would be a drummer with out and band not that I could not do it by myself...lol many thanks goes to all the folks that gave up there time and money for a good cause CHILDREN in need of help. Chris that is a very good though.I would be very glad to help any charity that is close to your heart just let me know and I will make it so,and thank you for your though it never crossed my little mind.That I will try for next year for sure. I will be doing the reunion in another place next year but I hope it will be in the same area the beach but not the hell hole with the a--hole owner.I can not deal with that man again.Anyone who wants to play next year please let me know as soon as you can. this way you have the whole year to get your band ready for the show. pleas keep in touch with me about next years reunion.Jay NYE

I forgot Chris though of sending donation if you can not make it is a very good Idea.As time goes on I'll work on trying to do her Idea.This will raise more money for next years charity this way if you can not make it you can still be a part of the reunion by way of your donation. Next years charity will go to children with eye cancer it's very rare, and my brother in law Pat Pertrello granddaughter who is two year old has this cancer.I will find a charity group that handles this and donate the funds to them in her name Nina.
