Saint Dave, here, ain't too proud of himself, either. But don't worry, Clip, we's on our way to perfection!

They recently removed your St Dave statue from the local church here. I think they said it was the red hair, clashed with the light blue interior of the church. I think they sold it to a collector of Irish antiquities, LOL.

They've all had run-ins with the law at one time or another. Actually, this guy is innocent until proven guilty. I just hope he's not really broke & needed the food. Uuhhhh....if he really needed food, steak and beer would not be the most practical choices, I am thinking.

A few years ago on occassion, I would run into Barry in a local watering hole. I won't say where. I always found him to be a total gentleman, & a down to earth guy. Barry may have come from the upper crust, but you'd never know it from talking to him, as he wasen't pretentious or a snob. I think it's a tragic situation to be in, as Bob had it all. Me, I feel bad for the guy. I think I know what happened to him & it's a damn shame. "Karma"? I don't think so. Hopefully, Barry can get his act together & become a productive member of society again. The guy needs help & support. Nobody's perfect, & we all make mistakes. "It's Karma" is a noncommital way of saying, "look! He's getting screwed and I'm GLAD!" All while maintaining one's "non-judgemental" PC veneer.

"We create our own Heaven. We create our own Hell. We are the architects of our own fate."
That is Karma.

" We create our own Heaven. We create our own Hell. We are the architects of our own fate." That is Karma. But sometimes shit happens to people that they had no control over. So do we really control our own fate? No doubt some of it, but certainly not all. Compare two babies, one of which is brought up with love, nourishing food, etc. & another born into poverty whose growth is stifled due to poor nutrition & lacking in proper health care. That kid has a strike against it due to no fault of its own.

I was going to go with God's twisted sick sense of humor. But no fault of its own works too.

You think that's bad. Last night, I sent the wrong signal to this girl over facebook. She was talking about the fact that vd is less than 2 weeks away. I said bah humbug to it. And she offered to send me a dora valentine's day card from the extra she has left over for her daughter. I told her how I'd rather just crawl under a rock until the day is over. She replied that dora's vd cards make everything better. I wrote that I was thinking of something else. She thought I meant something adult themed. But what I actually was hinting at was chicken wings and beer, but her mistaken suggestion was a close second.

LMC if I can help. If the woman was offering up a lil sumthin' sumthin' and you're thinking it's a runner up to wings and beer ...nevermind, can't help

Always remember Swimmy. You can get sex almost any night of the week, but good wings are hard to find, and only come along occasionally! LOL ;D
