I can't put my finger on it, maybe it's her ignorance that she portrays or not wanting to answer questions or give details to Fox News when it first happened. She stated she wanted the media to post the picture of little Caylee and to get the word out. She was to tired to waste any energy answering questions. Hmmmm. Love to hear some other posters feelings about this terrible tragedy.

 How very, very sad. Don't really want to criticize the grandmother because she is in a position that is too unbelievable to imagine. She lost her beloved granddaughter and will probably lose her daughter. No matter what her daughter did, she is still the woman's daughter. Talk about being torn apart. I don't think her actions is a matter of her defending her daughter. I truly believe she is in denial about her precious granddaughter being dead. She just doesn't want to accept that fact and is holding on to any hope that little Caylee is still alive. My prayers go out to her and for little Caylee.

has anyone seen the dream team defense that is put together i wonder who is financing this multimillion dollar team, and why... this horrific murder was commitrd because a) the mother thought the child was interfering with her sex life and b) granny didnt want to raise her grand daughter and told the mother as much. this woman must not get off and juries shhould not be dazzled or befuddled buy the professional forensic whores that are being paid for .

Your theory is my theory also Corner. Too many cases like that in todays world. Kathy has a friend that is working 70 hours a week and her boyfriend, who is disabled is watching TWO grandchildren. The daughter is a drug addict, who had the first baby out of wedlock, and then started dating a drug dealer from NC. She then got into crack, got tangled with yet another drug dealer, got kicked out of federal housing for drug activity, was arrested for dealing, and mom mortgaged her house to defend her.
She skated on that charge with probation. A couple of months later, she turned up pregnant by the drug dealer and had a biracial baby while smoking crack. The baby has had stomach trouble since birth. Now the girl is on the run from a warrant here in Tennessee for drugs, and is in SC somewhere. The cops executed a search warrant a week ago as part of a task force investigation.
Thank GOD for our friend and her boyfriend, or no telling what would happen to those two beautiful children. She recently got permanent custody of the two kids, and has a restraining order against the daughter, and the court took the daughter's parental rights away.
Daughters like that are simply irresponsible, selfish scum, and should be held fully repsponsible for their actions, with no mercy or no excuses. How can ANY mother duct tape a little girls mouth and stuff her in a garbage bag? I think that they should duct tape mommy's eyes and mouth, and put her in some isolated, cold, damp, place with no communications or sound and let her experience her daughters last few moments over and over and over.

I have been following this tragic story from day one. Cindy wanted to have custody of Caylee. Casey and Cindy got in a fight the night before the last day Caylee was seen. I feel George is the only one forthcoming of all he knows. But you can't blame them, I was discussing this with my mom, she said she would never withold any evidencs if she knew somthing, but at the same time, you want to believe your daughter and hope she could not do this horrible thing. No one wants to think they could have raised a murderer! Let alone a murderer that killed their own grandchild.
I don't want this to be Caylee, I feel real bad about the whole situation ,she is a beautiful girl. However, this tragedy needs to come to a close. And Casey needs to rot in jail. and Hell.
I am sorry I know innocent until proven guilty however, all the evidence points to HER.
Everyone is like wow maybe she didn't do it, since she had a breakdown when she was told a bout a child's remains fcund.. NO... she brokedown because she got Caught now ... That is just how I feel.
I dont know who is paying for her defense team. The family does not have money. They are in debt themselves.
I just hope this is brought to closure and if it is caylee, she now can have a proper burial.

even the shill lawyer from court tv is saying they are finding out its common practise for young women to chloroform their kids so they can go out and party,,, in my years in law enforcement i have seen women sell there kids sexually for the next hit of crack and have seen many more abandon abuse and any other verb you can think of to get that half inch long of nerve fiber between their legs get tickled,

The "dream team" is probably handling the defense pro bono for now. If they could take a high profile case like this and "prove" her innocent, as they did that dirtbag O.J. they would be forever famous for their legal expertise among ALL those high profile scumbags needing a defense team, and the next RICH scumbag will pick up the tab indirectly. Call it "advertising dollars well spent".

i would love to know who is footing a multimillion dollar defense this is not the first time a mother has killed her child or children in order to find a little dick!or to have a party life etc,,crimus even sharon stone lost custody of her son because her husband was able to prove her an unfit parent.... being a bad parent knows no bounds or socioeconomic status

Yes, I understand the same. All involved are being represented by pro-bono teams. Win or lose it still gets these "dream team" names out in public. With some, that's all that counts. Big royalties come with cases as this by writing books, movies, TV appearances and etc after all is over with. They cash in big time on others miseries.
