Dead Child Is Caylee Anthony?

I was reading orlandosentinal this morning online, and it appears that a book was found at the site of the remains, and it looks like it could be the book that little precious caylee is reading in the video her grandma takes. How sad, they need to bring back the death penalty and put it on the table, i am sorry.

This whole case is sad, I can't even read or look at it anymore. My daughter is 2 1/2 and it makes me sick to my stomach that someone could kill or hurt an innocent child. It makes me cry to even think of such a horrific thing happening to a child. These mothers that hurt their children and kill them should be tortured the sameway they killed or tortured their child. Everytime the media shows the picture of beautiful little Caylee I cry. How can anyone do that to a child. A f***ing sicko!

lilbump, not that I agree with the death penalty, but in this case she could be facing it. Florida's laws are much different then ours. Just the fact alone of Caylee's age the mother can be sentenced to death.

The prosecution can reinstate the charges against her if they find enough evidence against to warrant it and she can be sentenced to death.

I am still laughing because the "dream team" that OJ assembled this time, couldn't save his sorry ass from prison, and I hope that this little sicko's dream team is unsuccessful also. She has a right to a fair trial, and she IS innocent at this point, but it damn sure doesn't look good for her innocence holding up under further scrutiny and interrogation or in cross examination in court. The EVIDENCE will seal her fate and I am confident that they will find the evidence necessary to send this little debutante away for life.

now that its been confirmed i hope the foul up from the sheriff dept back in august doesnt taint the rest of the evidence this could have been finished 4 months ago

I'm thinking it might not be such a screw up.

Since that area was flooded in August could it be possible that had something to do with the authorities not finding it then even with the guy reporting it.

Nothing else makes any sense.

Don't know Corner.
He reported it three times in August to three different departments. Something just doesn't sound right. Knowing she was missing how could three different departments ignore it?

Is this one of the same areas the bounty hunter's group could not search because of the flooding?

Bobbbiez yes Casey should get the death penalty. And to answer your question about not searching here because of the flooding.. Tim Miller and equisearch (sp?) wanted to search this area however it was flooded, and he didnt want to hurt any evidence by going in there and not being able to see what the searchers were stepping on.. i.e. ... like a skeletal remain.

Yes, I thought that area was flooded when that guy made the calls but couldn't say for sure. Just thought that would be the reason why nothing was done when he made the first calls and could have been forgotten now with having to follow up so many other recent leads.

Because of the medical report and lack of findings on little Caylee's remains, don't see them seeking the death penalty on the mother.
If they proceed with those charges there is a good chance she could walk free and I'd hate to see that happen.
