I don't see the difference between "honoring a claim" to "honoring a deed" to a property today.Yet on the same token the government can do the same thing to you and me as they did to our Native Americans under the now title, eminent domain.
Neither are right!
With many, I guess it boils down to this. Unless one is hit personally, then it doesn't matter.
