The next hit will be from the UCSD & city of Utica. The state of N.Y. is for all intents & purposes on the verge of bankruptcy & no way is aid to cities going to be the same or school aid either. The above {especially the UCSD} refuses to cut costs no matter what so we're in for a tax hike.

Sure they can.
They may think that it takes "a village to raise a child"..............
........doesn't mean everyone in the village wants to pay for it though.
