WestMo, I just got the counters up and running. I like the stats feature and I've left mine open to viewing (easier than remembering my way back to their website.) I set up three "projects," one for each of the pages I want to track on my website. Thanks for the tip.

I'd go to www.windowsupdate.com (need to visit it with IE not Firefox, also) See what you need. There was a Vista Service Pack released not too long ago. Dumb question, your laptop crashing when you're using it, say while its on you lap? My daughters and wife's overheat a lot when they are sitting with it like that. That can cause it to crash sometimes. |

Ummm, yeah, actually...it WAS on my lap, AND it had been on for a long time. It hasn't happened since those 2 times yesterday. I update all the time, but I'll go there and see if there is anything new. I'd rather use firefox, though! :-o
You know, I once had a laptop that was so hot it burned the hell out of my leg one day. OW!

Boy, ain't that the truth! When I first got the used computer that my friend Robert gave me when he bought a new one (my1st), I went to a site for off colored jokes.(not even a porn site) and I ended up with a virus that cost me $90 to have removed and the hard drive reformatted. I learned that lesson in the second week that I had a computer. Whatever it was, it would not let me shut down my computer, or leave the site. It froze everything up.
I mean hell, if you are going to get stuck on a piggy site, let it be a good video, hahahaha!

I have kept a condom over my mouse ever since. I use the ones with ribs. It makes it easier to navigate around a page with the mouse without any slippage.
I don't know if the health department on Elizabeth street will treat a virus on a computer or not. My mouse has had it's shots.
