B.B. shows why he's king of the bluesMy mother enjoyed her mother's day gift. I wish the tickets weren't so expensive so that my brother and I could join her and my dad. When I saw him at the Broome County Arena in 2003, he was amazing. We had my mother going good too. My brother and I walked into the room with a card and said, "Mom, we don't have any money right now and could barely scrape together enough for this card, happy mother's day." The look of sadness and depression set in, just as planned. Then, when she opened the card, two tickets fell out. Well, she enjoyed B.B. King so much that while he was playing, she called us on my cell phone to have us hear some of his guitar rips. My brother and I couldn't stop laughing at that fact. Anywhooo, B.B. King is the King of the blues! I have two of his albums on CD.

Saw him on his last visit along with our 20's something daughter. His cross-generational appeal is amazing.
