Just when you think you have heard it all. I wonder if this will become a jealousy or abuse case? Either way it is another tragic event for young child with his whole life in front of him.

This is a very sad situation, now they are trying to decide if they are going to try him as an adult. I feel that he should be tried as a child. Yes the crime he did was very serious but one has to wonder if there is more to this story.

They should try him as an adult. What kind of child knows that you can kill someone by having them ingest antifreeze? If his dad abused him (assuming that's what you mean by more to the story) what did his little brother do to him? If he gets dealt with, with leniancy that'll just be another mark in my can't trust the justice system column.
