Has anyone in the Utica area visited the newly reopened 'Castlewood Cafe' in the old Stars (Tars) plaza on Champlin Ave? Their last restaurant on Burrstone Rd had a great menu, good service, a friendly staff, and reasonable prices. Unfortunately, problems with the tax department caused them to close. I wonder if the new place has the same high quality as the Burrstone Rd restaurant. Does anybody know?
