Has anyone purchased a Pit Barrel Cooker (pbc)? Got one a few months ago. Easy to use. No air vents or water pans to fiddle with, or, constantly adjust, like the Weber Smokey Mountain requires. Large cuts (ribs, roasts, etc.) hang from hooks. Smaller cuts sit on a grill. Example: Ribs- Prep with seasoning, install hooks, hang in cooker, walk away for 3 hours. Check ribs and hang for another hour, and, badda bing!!, perfectly smoked ribs!! Sold my Weber Smokey Mountain cooker. Check the reviews on the Internet. Couldn't be simpler to use. $299.00, includes shipping, from many suppliers. Very happy with this cooker, and, no, I don't sell them- just very impressed with the experience.
