Are you kidding me. Did she know that she was to young to be drinking or taking her clothes off. This video has been out for awhile, and now she wants $10 million. What a bimbo. She deserves nothing but the whore title she so proudly holds now.

According to wikipedia, she was born April 30, 1985. So March 2003, she was 17. Ashley Alexandra Dupre.

If I remember right, a contract is voidable where the promisee is under the age of majority, 18. But if the promisee reaffirms after reaching the age of majority, then the contract becomes fully enforceable, this includes continuing to accept the benefits bestowed pursuant to the contract terms.

Here, I'd make the argument she received the notoriety she wanted and still derives notoriety from those videos. There is also a doctrine to handle underage kids who are mature for their age and will be bound to their contracts. But I can't remember how or when that doctrine applies.

In any case, I doubt this will get very far, and will be settled for much less than $10 million without the media catching wind of it.

If I was GGW I would sue her! She was the one that entered into the contract under false pretenses thus making GGW liable. In fact they may have to recall all there tapes or what not and she should have to pay for the cost of doing that. Not GGW fault that she lied.
