My sister has to update some procedures for her job and her boss created them in Excel 2013 which she said she does not know. This spurred me to remember a website I used when working to bring me up to par with more current versions of Office that I had at home. They have some great cheat sheets for all programs.
It also has free tutorials. Here is one for Windows 7. I know some here were having some issues when it first came out and switching from XP to Win7.
