Chris, I found this page showing the channel line up for TW Cable in the Rochester area:

Elsewhere on their site is a page showing the cost of the various packages. None of the numbers seem to line up with what you were given from either source but I don't fine that surprising. They have contact numbers for support but are probably closed today. I see they also have a FB page. I'm sure that's a joy to follow. I can't imagine the mindset of a person who would click a button saying I like the cable company.
