This was my birthday cake. It was really yummy!!!
Banana Split Cake
1 package yellow cake mix (2) 8 oz. packages cream cheese, room temp. 1 small package instant vanilla pudding 2 cups cold milk 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained (you can use it as the liquid in the cake mix if you'd like) 2-4 bananas 2 tubs of non-dairy topping (or you can use real whipped cream) Chopped nuts Drained and halved cherries
Make the cake as the box directs using a 9 x13 inch pan. Cool cake 20-25 minutes. Whip cream cheese, pudding, and milk until thick. Spread on cooled cake. Then spread on drained pineapple. Cut bananas lengthwise and put on top of pineapple. Spread on non dairy topping or whipped cream. Add nuts if you'd like and top with cherries. Enjoy!

It's clear, after seeing the same thing in 38 topics, that this is not a woman to be denied.

Lucy, Kathy tried the recipe from countrygal for one of our friend's birthday. It was great. I didn't have any because I am staying away from that stuff, but everyone else loved it and raved about it.
She now has Kim's chocolate cake recipe too! She is a sweet eater and a chocolateholic, so I am sure she will really like that recipe also.
