Yes, and Corner has pointed that out. Especially when one includes property taxes and all the other taxes you pay in NY. Still, I wonder if any state treats their employees as good as NY. Not all workers, of course. And the NUMBER of workers is to me simply amazing. Especially when compared with other states. By the way, we haven't yet talked about all the employees duplicating function who work for the counties and cities and towns.
