Probably would have looked down the barrel and pulled the trigger to see if a bullet came out.
A very likely candidate for this years Darwin Awards. ;D

This is that case where the boys were accused of video taping a downs syndrome girl performing oral sex while they recorded it, isn't it? I remember there was something different about this incident as opposed to three teens engaged in sexual acts and recording them.
Are the two kids who engaged in the sexual acts also in trouble? If not, I find it ironic that it's ok to have sex in the high school bathroom, but you just can't video tape it for a submission to penthouse's amateur video.

 I don't know much about the statutes, but I would assume that having such a picture on a cell phone, possessed by a person over 18, would be child porn and prosecuteable under those laws.  I have to think that anybody that is 19 and still in high school is not exactly a Rhodes Scholar anyhow, so I guess the stupidity is not surprising!  Ya gotta know that in NH they do it in a classroom where the conditions and environment are much more hygenic and sanitary, and they don't document it on a cell phone. LOL
