Thankx, Chris. I make the stuffed cherry peppers all the time. Now I do them with sweet pickled cherry peppers. My grandmother and Mom made them all the time. I like them as a snack at night along with aged provolone and a glass of red wine. I went a little overboard two nights ago and drank a bottle of Bardolino red wine--one of my favorites. I am begging my wine guy to bring back another. beautiful red wine from the Bodega area of Spain.
