I heard on the news tonight that the Utica Common Council is having a public hearing tonight to see who was responsible for taking down the facebook page. A few days ago it was published that a new web page will be used like facebook. So now what is the Common Royal Council up to. No comment so far from the Mayor of this esteemed city'
