Hey Clipper, as you're sipping that great cup of coffee that you seem to be enjoying just take a peek out your window and do a check on your lawnmower. ;D

;D Lawnmower is still intact. I was just outside to feed the pitbull. He is still tied to the mower, and mean as ever. He is so mean, I have to stand way back and throw him raw meat. Sometimes I put on a wig and whip him, just to make sure he hates women, and really get vicious when a woman comes near the mower. The only problem I have had with the dog tied to the mower, is that he insists on lifting his leg and peeing on the tires.

Whew, I am pooped. I have to catch my breath and have another cup of coffee. I just came in from outside. I was very afraid, so I gave the pit bull to my neighbor, and I put up a chainlink fence around the mower. It has 220 volts running through the fencing and razor wire on top. That ought to do it for now. I am sure that Bobbbiez will be practicing her pole vaulting now for a few days before I have to find a new alternative. Sunshine, don't forget to use an insulated pole. I guess I can put a roof on the thing when it becomes neccessary.

;)Wheeww, at least my mower tires are safe for now. Your son is in the security business, so he would not risk his job for a pair of used lawn mower tires!

Oh shit, I just remembered, the other son is a cop! He won't steal the damn things, he will just shoot holes in them! Now I gotta bullet proof the thing. Gotta go now!!!!

I am 100 % italian and when we eat fried dough my grandma always put sugar on it just like at the feast.. however when my mom married my stepfather who is irish and german his mom made it different. they dip their fried dough in confectionary (sp?) sugar instead of granulated.. I must say not what i am used to but very good...

lilbump1980, I like mine with just sugar to. Always made it that way and still do, but my kids like it in all different ways. When I make fried dough now, it's like cooking for the United Nations.

I eat my fried dough (once a year) the way God intended it: with a little salt.

Hey frank, I never knew God had a deep fryer. I thought that was the other guy in "the hot place"! I tried it with salt the last time we had it. It was good, and I had to experiment further. I put a sprinkle of garlic powder and a litte italian seasoning in the dough, and it turned out a little like garlic bread, but the consistency of the pizza frite. Gonna try it with a plate of pasta next time Kathy makes her "gravy" and meatballs. I like my fettucini or linguini, as you get a bit more of a bite into something more substantial than spaghetti. My favorite pasta dish is Kathy's mushroom stew, made with fresh mushrooms, and lean pork steak or port butt roast, cut into bite size stew meat pieces. Put that over Penne' pasta, and I can eat a ton of it. Ya didn't think I could do this without a smiley did ya!! haha!
