They are filming a new Spiderman here in town starting tomorrow (downtown) I thought of applying as an extra but didn't. I doubt I'll be able to get near the action just to watch. Well there goes my 15 minutes of fame. They did hire a young man that is autistic and a HUGE HUGE Spiderman fan.

Just found out my friend John got hired as a street vendor. Funny thing is he just moved back to Rochester from California. He had to come to NY to be in the movies. LOL Now I have access to the inside. (maybe some good souvenier or something)

This email is your booking details for BG work on 2nd Unit for the Untitled Columbia Pictures project (London Calling). Please don't forget to check your email/ our website tonight before you go to sleep and again before you depart in the morning just in case of changes that may occur before tomorrow. Keep in mind that production is always a work in progress and things can always change at the last minute. Please have a great time on set with us this week filming but always keep it professional, come with your patience, a great attitude and pay attention specifically when crew members are giving BG instructions. Please read and follow instructions as specified below, it is pertinent for a smooth day on set tomorrow.

ROLE: You have been cast as a Pedestrian w/ picture car prop. Note: Your car will be PARKED on set.

You are check in #87 (this is your set ID for ALL of the days you work). Please remember this # as you will be asked for your check in # from crew upon arrival and at any given time during the day.

CALL TIME: 6:30am please arrive to holding promptly.

You must reply to this email to confirm yourself for Day 1: Tuesday April 30.
Every night after we finish you will need check-in/ reply to CASTING so I know that you have your call time for the following day. Please prepare yourself for very early call times everyday we are filming because these scenes are all daylight dependent- meaning, that we need to utilize all daylight hours for filming. So please set your alarms, get enough rest, do whatever it is you need to do to insure a prompt arrival- arriving late is unprofessional and it delays everyone.

PARK: Main st. You must enter to Main st from Plymouth Ave. from there you will be instructed where to park your car in place on set, then you will walk back to holding. Your car will remain in place until we finish filming for the day at wrap time. I have attached a map for you to get an idea of where to enter and where the set will be and holding. Look for BG

PRINT AND DISPLAY: Please print the "Car Placard" attachment, print clearly your: NAME, CHECK-IN # & CELL PHONE# on this form and display it visibly on your dashboard. This is *VERY IMPORTANT* in order to get through the police barricades!
WEBSITE: We will either email you directly with call time/ location or you can always check the Website/email: production.gwcnyc.com (do not type in www). Click on: UNTITLED COLUMBIA PICTURES PROJECT: 2nd Unit- it will be found under the "CALL TIMES" section. Look for the Rochester posting. Either way we definitely need to hear from you to confirm yourself.
CANCELLING: If for some reason you have to cancel, which is absolutely NOT recommended, please email [e-mail] with "4/29 CANCEL" in the subject line as soon as possible. Once again, if you have to cancel, which is NOT recommended, please don't wait to cancel, do it immediately as we will need ample time to replace you.
WARDROBE: If you attended a Wardrobe Fitting/ Approval today, you need to wear EXACTLY what the Costume Designer approved for you- EVERY DAY that you are on set **Very Important** these scenes are Matching- meaning the several days it takes to film this scene- it will only be one day in the movie therefore you need to MATCH! If you did not attend a wardrobe fitting: You must Wear 1 and Bring 2 full wardrobe options for your look (according to your role. All clothing should be for SPRING SEASON. No heavy coats, scarves or gloves will be worn while filming. your outfit should be spring casual, color is great but nothing super bright, no red or royal blue. Jeans, light spring jackets, skirts, khakis, sneakers, casual shoes, etc.

Also, it's getting nice outside but perhaps chilly standing outside all day for hours, These are Exterior shots. The Season in the movie is SPRING- so to stay warm, please layer in thin invisible layers under your clothing, it should not be bulky or winter-y whatsoever.

HAIR/ MAKE-UP/ SUNBLOCK- COME CAMERA READY!!! The production does not have enough manpower to do everyone's hair & make-up & sunblock- Please arrive to holding CAMERA READY! Meaning your hair & make-up done at home, manicures, pedicures, clean shaven, well-groomed. It is pertinent for a smooth day on set!

PROPER IDENTIFICATION: Please don't forget to bring your US Passport (recommended) OR your Drivers License AND Social Security Card, OR Permanent Residence Card in order to fill out your I-9 form to be paid.
**VERY IMPORTANT** By working on this project you understand that you are PROHIBITED from taking any pictures WHATSOEVER!! ON-SET NO CAMERAS ALLOWED, NO CELL PHONES, NO TWEETING/ NO FACEBOOK, NO PRESS. Anyone found disobeying this restriction will be released and asked to leave the set immediately! NO EXCEPTIONS!!

and what Woody Allen Movie would that be??? Closest I got to a movie was being at war memorial watching Slap Shot being made and watching Paul Newman (they didn't have to pay me for that )
