We had a great Monday with our Ribbon cutting, Rainbow Young the accordianist and Utica eccentric as well as Mayor Roefaro were present and it was well attended. thank You to all who visited!

Tramontane Cafe located at 1105 Lincoln Avenue in the Arts District of Utica has decided that they've practiced enough! It's time to be official. Our Grand Opening Week will begin on Saturday March 8th and continue through Friday March 14th 2008!!
Wednesday, March 12th we will have the first in a monthly series, Songwriter's Circle @ Tramontane Cafe hosted by local musician, singer/songwriter and small business owner, John Keller (www.myspace.com/johnkellr). John Keller, owner and operator of Off-Center Records in Downtown Utica will be hosting this event, where other specially invited and selected Singer/Songwriters are given a topic to write a song about, allotted 2-3 weeks to complete their "homework" and given the opportunity to showcase their creation plus other original songs in a round-robin style event! This month's event will be 8pm until 11pm and feature local/regional performers: Candice Jarrett (www.myspace.com/candicejarrett) and bluesman Dan Mayack.

Thursday the 13th of March we will be having a special guest:
No cover, No Appointments: (Donations accepted/patience requested):
R.E.M.Ember Your Dream Team- the dream unweavers 7pm until 9pm
Dream Interpretation for your enjoyment and entertainment!!
Friday the 14th of March brings awesome Utica fans from Peekskill and Hudson NY areas! Innovative and exciting performers, Fred Gillen Jr. (www.myspace.com/fredgillenjr and www.fredgillenjr.com ) and Matt Turk (www.myspace.com/mattturk ) will be travelling upstate to share their brand of folk explosion! This promises to be a memorable experience for all. They will perform solo and duo shows of epic proportions for the night (www.myspace.com/gillenturk ).
