No recipes, just pot roast and a happy dance

I love pot roast. Kathy put a pot roast in the crock pot and cooked it all afternoon. The smell has been wonderful. She just dished up a beautiful roast, baby carrots, potatoes, and pearl onions. Now she is in the process of making the gravy and sauteing fresh spinach with a little bacon grease and some garlic. Mmmm Mmmm.

No recipes today. Just a big smile and a happy tummy. ;D

Hey, at least I don't post photos to rub it in. Of course a pot roast is not a very photogenic meal to photograph anyway but it darn sure was good. LOL

Chocolate mayonaise cake just came out of the oven, but I won't expound on the wonderful smells in the house now.
