There are so many unanswered questions re. this Video. Sorry, but for some reason, the sound wasn't working on my computer.
First of all - where was the Mother of this baby and why was this crack head alone with this little baby that kept turning his/her head to get away from the pipe?
The only way this Video was found as it was still inside of a Cam Recorder that had been pawned (for drugs probably!)
It will be nice to know if Law Enforcement can track down this idiot and charge him with EVERY possible crime on the books for doing this to a defendless baby of 18 months old.

There was a news story on CNN a few years ago showing the differences in cultures between whites and blacks. I remember seeing a video clip of a grandmother teaching her grandson who was 5 or 6 how to smoke pot. By 8 or 9 they were dealing for their older siblings and parents. It was rather disturbing to see this behavior.

Greta Van Susteren interviewed a federal prosecutor about the 18-year old who was holding the pipe to the toddler's lips on her show last night. She kept asking about what charges he would face. The prosecutor repeated that those charges will pale in comparison to the drug charges he faces. Evidently, the kid was caught sitting on a MAJOR stash of pot -- hundreds of kilos. He'll be in jail for a very long time even if they never find him guilty of child abuse.
