To be perfectly blunt, as I usually am anyhow, That is one of the stupidest damn things I have ever seen or heard of. I have to think it will be all the rage with those that are proudly adorned with nipple or penis rings and other such crap.

The only thing that could make it any more ridiculous would be to hear that it was developed using federal research grant monies.
