Did you notice the pink bus is actually a modified tractor trailer? That's no doubt so you can't complain to the driver.

And Michel Moore wants us to become MORE like Cuba On a side note: no wonder the protests down in the streets of Flordia have died away- they finally got a good look at what Cuba really is and NO ONE wants to go back.

The Navy shipyard in Long Beach, California had similar vehicles that tranported people around the base. They called them "cattle cars". They had predetermined stops and I can't recall if there was any method by which the passengers could communicate with the driver or not. That was in the 60's. Maybe they sent them all to Gitmo when it was an active navy base, and then gave them to the cubans when they were no longer needed on base.
