Just checking my email when I got home and had one from my dentist. Online confirmation for my dentist appt next week. I wasn't even aware he had it. Too cool....and then it saves it to my calendar.
Now all I have to do is remember it since its not till next Thursday!!! ;D

Maybe if the dentist's service is automated, you'll automatically get a noticed a day or two before. Now to get one a week in advance and then again the day before would be helpful, I think.

I guess I am not the only one that needs reminders? My dentist as well as the VA calls the day before any scheduled appointments to remind me. I then put a yellow post-it note on the lazy susan on the kitchen table so that I remember it the next morning.

We're getting old, Clipper. The little notes here and there about the house prove it. As I begin to do the same myself, I don't laugh as much anymore at the memory of finding small slips of paper around my father's house as he got older. My favorite was "check furnace" that I found in the refrigerator.  |

They already sent me a postcard and then they would call the day before for a confit=rmation. I'll see if they remind me again by phone or email. if you don't check your email regularly that aint gonna work.
Dave your Dad probably put those notes in the frig cause he went there most and figured hed not miss it.
