I pray everyday that she doesn't win! But with each of her victories in the primaries, my fears comes that closer to reality.

I honestly supported Hillary until she started to sling mud. I was appauled when I read that she accused Barrack Obama of selling or using drugs. It's sad but Sen's Obama, and Clinton are the strongest candidates we have and they resorting to mud slinging.

I'd bring up her less than saintly conduct during her first 8 yrs in the white house. I'd bring up the rose law firm affair and white water.
I'd bring up her husband's shoddy job as commander and chief and ask what would be so much different and better than her first 8 yrs.
I would ask what "change" she has effectuated since being in the Senate. Why she hasn't initiated some of these programs she proposes for President (Congress will have to pass the legislation anyway, why not start a record of proof, actions speak louder than words).
I'd ask where she was when her husband, in between interns, gave away supercomputers full of our nuclear secrets to the chinese. I'd ask why he helped advance them 10 years in their rocket systems.
I'd ask why she allowed for the downsizing of our military to create the perfect groundwork for 911. I'd ask what role she had in preventing 911 as a Senator? I'd ask why she supported the war on the same intelligence the president had and then turned around to question it and blame her support on lies spread by President Bush.
I'd ask where she was when we could have captured bin laden and why she didn't tell her husband to take General Powell's phone call at a charity golf game.
I'd ask where those 200,000 jobs she promised upstate went. I'd ask what she's done for NY as a Senator because it doesn't appear all that different than when she was elected. I'd ask why she hasn't taken a tougher stance against nyri's proposal.
I guess I'd be asking a lot of questions, without any satisfying answers, huh?

Just like I said in the OD forum. Clinton will win the DNC and McClain will win the RNC. Our next President will be McClane. Or I will eat my hat!!

I certainly hope you are right concerned. People are constantly worried about the money we spend on the war and the lives lost in Iraq, but we have to finish what was started, however ill conceived it was.
Our security and our world image and status as a world power depend on it. McCain is capable of bringing us to victory and also saving our damaged diplomatic image in the rest of the world.
I have never been a party line voter. I always vote for person and not the party.
I have been totally sickened by the almost treasonous rants of the dems in recent times. The focus has gone away from the important issues, and gone toward a daily rant and bush bashing. It is dangerous to the troops and equally dangerous to our safety and security.
I am just digusted that the democrats have gone from concern for our country to revenge for a lost election.
Past wars have brought unity among parties. No matter the party or the reason for entering the war, americans have ALWAYS united as a country to back our president, and especially our troops.
It is sickening and disgusting to listen the ongoing rants against Bush, and the political infighting over the war.
The fact is WE ARE THERE. WE NEED TO STAY THERE UNTIL THERE IS SOME SORT OF SUCCESSFUL END. WE NEED TO BACK OUR TROOPS, NOT MATTER OUR POLITICAL VIEWS. WE CANNOT SIMPLY WITHDRAW AND COME HOME.
Hillary isn't going to do it, and neither is any democrat that is running. As little as I am inclined to vote for another republican right now, I have to back McCain in 2008. Maybe in 2112, when hopefully things have been resolved or at least minimized in the middle east, and our troops are reduced in Iraq, we can vote for sensible change and for a "sensible" democrat, if one happens to run. This time around, we have not fielded a "sensible" dem candidate that will bring us a satisfactory solution to our world situation and involvment in Iraq.

Swimmy, you pretty well summarize all the reasons not to vote for Hillary, and all are very valid points. Good job. I hope everyone ponders the points you have made.

Clipper, we sure can withdrawl and come home... quicker than you can believe...
I do like your post... and i am quoting you here... Lets put off having a sensible democracy til 2112....
Lets Elect BOZO, Frank Zappa or oprah!
Bullshit!!! we need a patriot!
RON PAUL....
what he wants to do will hurt a little at first.. but once the wound heals.. there wont even be a scar....
the middle east can police itself.. think back to Ronald Regans "boys will be boys" when the lil jets with the blue stars decided without warning that they didnt think it wise for a certian arab nation to have nukes.....
