I don't have a comment for this one. I did find it odd when he got time served and there was someone dead, then again I didn't know the whole story. Either way if he did hit the guy he should get what everyone else gets. If he just watched it happen I can't blame him these are different times. If he tried to stop it there possibly could be 2 dead people instead of 1.
