I agree completely. Buried in todays paper is a small piece stating that Roefaro is definitely not running again. What is going on in Utica with all the indecision this must be something new. LOL One of the best things though is the 2% gap on property tax which means no one needs bother voting for a school election or worry anymore what the cities property tax will be. I do like that school boards can't use contingency budgets anymore to fake a tax increase.

It is all for a reason. They are all part of the same political machine responsible for people like destito, and keeping them in power for all this time. Though, I would like to think it is because of bobbbiez's flak that zecca decided to push for a primary after all.

Swimmy, not much of a race when it comes to council person at large compared to the race for councilman. With the endorsement from the Conservative party Jim will get financial support and the backing of it's members. I feel it's a good move for Jim since winning this position he will still have a vote on the CC. Utica needs his voice.
