You're right. Imagine if politicians like Joe Griffo or officials like Steve DiMeo could write their own news stories and not just rely on their taxpayer funded promotional materials to get their spin in print. Oh, great. I'd just love to read Crazy Joe's stories, just to see how many times he could incorporate "at this point in time" into his vapid ramblings. Actually, Joe would never write. He'd be too afraid of making what looked like a commitment to something, or actually taking a stand on an issue. Then he wouldn't be able to wriggle away from it, should it prove to be unpopular. |
