That is quite a story. When the reporters stopped by his office, "he was on the phone?" I hope he was calling a competent attorney, ROFL. How the heck do people think they can pull off schemes such as that?

I was reading that on Utica Daily NewsMakes me want to puke! I mean, here I am slaving away and barely able to make ends meet. The state takes more of my taxes, and this guy gets over $1 million in legal fees? The least the state could do is forgive some of my college loans, and the feds my law school loans. On top of that, this is the very reason why lawyers are the butt of so many jokes. What do you call 500 scumbag attorneys like this guy? A good start! This is the same stuff Cuomo prosecuted as AG when many school attorneys's law firms billed school districts hundreds of thousands in legal fees and the attorney was receiving a state pension to boot! Where is the state prosecution for this guy? Must be because he's going after the red man that it's OK. I mean were he bilking white people and stealing this money, then it'd be OK, right?

Don't fret, Swimmy. Everytime I see some non-profit in a scandal over finances or such, I cringe just as you do when you see another crooked lawyer. For I know that when another person or people have mishandled public funds it is going to mean more scrutiny of the non-profits and, to boot, more regulation. I want to bang my head against the wall everytime something pops up, thinking to myself, how do they honestly think they'll get away with it? eventually things don't add up and the house of cards falls down. Grrrrrrrrr!
What happened to good old fashioned honesty and dignity?

What happened to good old fashioned honesty and dignity? Geez, at my age you'd think I would know the answer, but I don't even remember that.

The Scumbag POS has no reason to ever settle this on behalf of OC or The OIN, think of how much money has been spent litigating this over my lifetime, they will never shoot the Golden Egged Goose!
I hope they win big time, unfortunately, NY will probably have to pay the fines, judgments or settlements on behalf of Garbagemen like him! Swimmy, I judge all on their actions never their title, Scum is was scum does. I know good lawyers, they aren't all bad even if the jokes make them seem that way!
