Police: Teen faces drug charges after vehicle hits school bus

Oakley was under the influence of drugs at the time of the collision and in possession of a small quantity of marijuana.

Gives a whole new meaning to "Stay in School" I guess he didn't learn to smoke all the evidence, not just some of it.

Thankfully no one on the bus was injured and the two teeny boppers survived their brief extrication from the car.

This little punk should be charged with felony vehicular assault. That's just absurd with these people driving under the influence. If my kid was on that bus.........well nevermind. LOL!!!!

I don't understand why such perfectly good laws, like the one you just cited, aren't enforced more frequently.
