I think it has something to say about the person who says something that is worthy and then that is interpreted by someone else to make us think that was what we wanted to hear anyways. Man that was difficult

Damn I said it once I don't think I can do it again' The reason why news becomes news is because someone thinks it is worthy for everyone else to hear or read about. However as that is related to all those who want to read or read about it the interpretation of that event gets lost in the attempt to get readers or hearers of that event to understand what is actually said in the first place. As a result we or others think that that is exactly what we believe in or otherwise want to hear or read in the first place. Man this gets difficult

Okay, I almost have it now.
An event occurs and a reporter writes a story based on eyewittness testimony, police reports, maybe somebody even video-taped the event.
The reporter wrote the story because, as you say, they think "it is worthy for everyone else to hear or read about."
At what point does interpretation of the event gets lost? People read the story, which in all cases is an interpretation of all the elements and sources that can make up a story. Then they interpret the story, sometimes using facts they learned from the story, sometimes using personal biases. Interpretation is prevalent throughout the process.
Many times I read news that I don't really believe that I'm getting the right story. I've participated in public events where I was surprised to read reports of the events because they were nothing like what I had witnessed. And many times I watch TV news that I don't want to watch, like when they break in flashing NEWS ALERT!!! for live coverage of Anna Nicole's funeral.
"This just breaking, Generalissimo Francisco Franco is still dead."

You know I'm a loser who is still single, but I have too much pride to pay $20 or $25 to go to a cash bar to meet single women.

Stay away from the cash bars, swimmy, and don't be in a hurry to dump "single" for attached. Paying for matchmaking services and going to cash bars is most likely like playing amateur golf, frustrating, expensive, and leads to aggrevation and dissappointment, haha.
All in good time my friend. I was married mulitiple times, and finally met my soulmate in my 50's, and we aren't ruining that relationship with paperwork.LOL
Your attention is focused in an appropriate direction for now. Law school and love could be very confusing, LOL. Not only that, it has been said that too much sex drains your brain and physical strength. I hear they discourage athletes from "mixing the biscuits" the night before the big game, haha.

swimmy dont sweat it, when you pass the bar your going to have to beat them off like mutants in the i am ledgend movie....

Oh yeah!! Hang on to your shorts swimmy! When ya pass the bar, you will be considered a "shovel ready" site for every gold digger in the world. Then you will have to be EXTRA cautious, ahha.

Swimmy, when are you taking the bar? And, where are you going to school? SU?
I was lucky when it came to the dating game. I dated a couple of people in high school but when I got to college I met my husband and that was it! We've been together for 18 years. I'm sure you'll find someone. :-) Bars are kinda a bad way to meet people, though, I agree.

OH, bars are probably okay, as long as your not in Vegas, next door to a wedding chapel. Start out for a few drinks, wake up the next day married to a "2" on the "1-10" scale, haha.
My last marriage took place in Vegas. We actually went there to commit the indescretion on purpose. In hindsight, I guess I could have saved myself a lot of grief if we swung through Reno on the way home and had the thing dissolved. LOL
Believe me, it was a case of "what happens in Vegas. DID NOT STAY IN VEGAS!"
