well it is a good excuse
I wonder if they can travel in campers. Apparently they like to hid in the tight seams in the mattress or box spring. I noticed that bed sacks can be used to encase your mattress and box spring. I guess that would starve them to death. They can live without eating human blood for a real long time. They are about the size of an apple seed. Sort of makes me loose my taste for apples. If you have any children becareful when they eat an apple. If they drop a seed anywhere in the house it cold be mistaken for one of the critters.

If you have a camper there should not be a problem with bedbugs unless they are in it when you buy it, or if you have them in your house, clothes and linens. That is a good question though Alan. Hmm. We bought our fifth wheel used. I guess I better pull the mattress cover off the mattress and check it out. We usually do that in the fall anyhow and wash all the linens, mattress pad and mattress cover when we are through with the trailer for the season, although we were not going to bother this year because we never got a chance to use it due to Kathy's back surgery.

Hmmm. The next time Kathy pokes me in the ribs when she catches me checking out a young ladies legs at the mall, I will tell her I am looking for bedbug bites. Do ya think she'll believe me Bobbbiez? Knowing Kathy somewhat...........me thinks ya have a better chance of meeting your maker. ;D If my man used that as an excuse...........I would definitely make sure he met his maker.

In all my years of camping by tents, pop ups, RVs or trailer I never had a problem with bedbugs or any other bugs. We always bomb them with Raid before we open for the season and also at the closing up. No creepy crawlers in our campers or trailer. ;D
