Haha, diversity in Utica Government, used to mean the difference and balance between Sicilians and those from other parts of Italy. LOL

in the deep south many years ago.. sammy davis jr got on a bus.. the driver told him to get to the back of the bus.. sammy said... but sir.. I am Jewish!!!
The driver look at him and said
