Dave- Last night I watched the TV show "Chopped", on the Food network.
The guy who won the competition is a chef who works at a restaurant in Saugerties. He won $10K!
He is a former musician. A big guy with salt & pepper hair, and, an ear ring (of course).
Just wondering if you knew him, as Saugerties is not that big of a town.
