 Well, I'm sure with her husband's passing, being the wife, all reverted to her, so how will she hide it now? She is protecting her interest in the business some way. This whole thing stinks but she is getting away with it.

You are right. Politics is played everywhere, but Utica/Rome have the distinction of being about the most corrupt area that I ever lived in. From Albany down to the City Departments, nobody is above taking care of family and friends. And your governor "turns a blind eye" hahahaha. Oh dear, THAT was bad.
