Hi All, I am a new member and I am wondering if any of the members can help me. I am looking for an album that was recorded by a show band from Utica called Leather and Lace. I believe the members at the time of the recording were Chuck Raehm, Donna Prible, Michelle LaPaugh, and Fran. I realize that this album was made years ago but the band had a lot of fans and I am sure many of them bought one. I'm willing to pay good money for it. Anyone have any info about how I can find it?  Welcome to the Corner, Shadykatie! ;D Can't help you with finding the album, but I'm sure some of our band members just might be able to assist you. Jon, is "the man" in that category and if anyone can help you, he can.  Leather and Lace sure was a great band enjoyed by many, (myself included), with a very big following. It's pretty safe to say, they were one of the best.  Good luck in your search.

if you wait long enough it should surface. I had the opportunity to buy a bible (illustrated with MI Hummel drawings..I'm a collector) passed it up and then when I decided to get it, it was no longer available. Now on a discussion on FB, Hummel asked me about it, gave them the info and then checked ebay and two were posted...one sold out and I'm bidding on the available one. Only 16 years of waiting and looking.

Katie,
What is the name of the Leather & Lace album? I can contact Chuck Raehm and see if he has a copy (or someone local might have one). You might not be able to get the actual vinyl album, but the tracks can be digitized and you can get it on a CD. If someone local has an album, I can do the digitizing and burn the CD.

You can find Reahm on face book he lives in SC and still playing with his group Target.Mike the guitar player was the guitar player with Andy and the Classic.Brian and his wife are still in the group. Also I have Bobby Bakers phone number he played with the group for sometime he might have a copy for you let me know. Jay

Just thinking............ is Katie talking about an album as in LP cause I didn't think they made any. A CD yes and I have 2 of them but they are Christmas CD's. I have some of the original 45's but that would be a big problem for me to copy since I don't have equipment to copy over to a CD....There is a website that sells their music and as Tony and Jay mentioned they also have a website and are on FB.
Katic can you be a bit more specific as to what you are actually looking for. (or maybe has since found it as the thread is over a year old).
