Easter is just around the corner. Anyone have a good cassatta recipe to share. Thankyaverymuch. I have a good one but always have a problem with my crust. (never like how it comes out...too hard and prefer it more cookie like) A co-worker of mine when I lived in Utica made one that had cinnamon and brown sugar in it. Was yummy but that didn't work for me either. (maybe it s the baker)  |

 Chris, I have an old time recipe from my mother-in-law but you'll have to give me a few days to find it. Packing and shopping for a trip coming up and hockey games all weekend, so as I can will find it will email it to you.

Black's my favorite! I like to bite a hole in the Cadbury egg & let the stuff dribble in my mouth & then eat the chocolate. I'm very obsessive-compulsive when it comes to Cadbury eggs. |

I to like the stuff inside but not crazy for the chocolate. I like dark chocolate. Just fill my basket with lots of black jelly beans and I'll be a very happy bunny.  ;D Is it Easter yet!
