I normally don't like Pop music, but I'm impressed by Lady Ga-Ga.

Is Lady Ga=Ga a he or a she? She looks like girl, but I thought I read something somewhere. I watched the video. I didn't get it, but I do like skin.

Dave, don't you have your glasses on?
The video is about a futuristic Russian bath-house. I know~~weird. But I think she's quite talented. This is just how Madonna started.

Did I tell you about my Uncle Gene? My father once asked him if he didn’t think he needed glasses. “Not me!,” he said, laughing. “I can see perfectly well, thank you, as I told my little granddaughter the other day. She just barked at me and then I knew why she kept panting all the time and bringing me the ball.”

She seems prettier than Madonna. I've never been in a bath house. My mother told me not to frequent them.
I do remember the public bathroom on Elizabeth Street, though, behind Grace Church.
How many folks remember that?

EW! Dave! is this a Utica moment? I was always terrified of it! Would rather hold it for hours than go in there!

You could smell the place from the outside. Down the block. Maybe it was growth spurts or something, but as teenage boys we had to use the bathroom frequently, more than old ladies (or old men.) So we would go in there when we were out on lunch hour. Lunch Hour was the euphemism for the 35 minutes the nuns gave us. I suppose we were lucky to be able to leave the school "grounds," but there was no room for us in the tiny building, except in the classrooms.

I went to a bath house in Utica but it was on Jay street across from Mt Carmel. Wow I use to live in the dark ages. ....hehehehe.
Lady Ga Ga is a girl (Italian) and she is ACDC by her own admission.

I remember the public johns that used to be on Elizabeth St. They were a regular stop on the walk to Baggs Square from UFA. We would stop at the Hunts Point Diner for a couple of cups of coffee, and then lighten our load by emptying our tanks before we made the trek to N Utica. There used to be a diner in front of where the regional market is, near the DPW garage. That was often the second coffee stop on especially cold days.

Are you guys talking about the buckahouse or the baths... I went to both. When I went they were okay..... I wouldn't think of going if they weren't. Waiting for the bus we always made a pit stop there on Elizabeth. Ahh the good ole days. ;D
